Each service has a renewal date. If you paid by card or PayPal, CM Cloud can automatically charge your saved payment method each cycle so your service never lapses — you stay in control and can turn auto-pay off anytime. Mobile Money and bank transfer renewals are manual: you get a renewal invoice and a reminder, and you approve each payment yourself. You can also renew early at any time.

Log in to the portal and open Billing to see your services, renewal dates, and saved payment methods.

1. Open your portal and go to Billing to see each service's renewal date and status.
2. Card or PayPal: if you saved your payment method at checkout, auto-pay is on — CM Cloud charges it automatically before each renewal date. You can add or remove a saved method under Payment Methods.
3. Mobile Money or bank transfer: these renew manually. When a service is due, you'll get a renewal invoice and a reminder — open it and pay to extend your service.
4. To renew early, open the service or its invoice in the portal, choose your billing cycle (monthly, six months, or yearly) and currency, and pay.
5. To stop auto-pay, remove the saved card or PayPal under Payment Methods — future renewals will then wait for you to pay manually.

Support can help if a renewal charge fails, if a service was suspended after a missed renewal, or if you need to change your billing cycle or currency.

Removing a saved payment method stops future auto-charges but does not cancel your service. To cancel a service, use the cancel option in the portal or contact support.
