What this covers
Activation is automatic. When your payment clears, the invoice is marked paid and setup starts immediately — hosting accounts, mailboxes, domains and app deployments are all created without anyone having to approve them. Most are ready in under a minute. A domain registration or a new SSL certificate can take a few minutes longer.
Before you start
Have your invoice reference and the domain name you used at checkout.
How to do it
- Pay the invoice by Mobile Money, card or PayPal.
- Wait for the invoice to change to paid. With Mobile Money that happens once you approve the prompt on your phone.
- Open Services. The new service appears there with its setup status.
- If the invoice says paid but no service appears after a few minutes, send us the invoice reference.

We can see where setup stopped, finish it, and tell you what went wrong.
