2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number.
  • Billing data: payment method details (processed by Stripe / PayPal / CamPay — we do not store raw card numbers).
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions taken inside the portal, timestamps.
  • Service data: domain names, hosting configuration, files you upload, databases you create.
  • Support data: messages you send via live chat or email.

3. How we use your data

  • Provision and maintain the services you purchase.
  • Process payments and send invoices.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, renewal reminders, security alerts).
  • Provide customer support.
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Improve our platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Chatwoot — live chat (self-hosted on our servers).

6. Data retention

Account and billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and/or a notice in the portal at least 14 days before taking effect.
