What this covers
Every service has a price, a billing cycle and a renewal date. You choose the cycle at checkout — monthly, six months or yearly — and the amount stays the same each cycle. Prices display in XAF, EUR or USD. Mobile Money is always charged in XAF.
Before you start
Sign in and open Billing. It lists every service you have, what it costs and when it next renews.
How to do it
- Open Billing in the portal to see each service, its price and its renewal date.
- Open an invoice to see its line items and total.
- Pay by Mobile Money, card or PayPal.
- When the payment clears, the invoice is marked paid and the service is set up automatically.
What our team checks
Write to us if an amount looks wrong, if you have paid and the service has not appeared, or if you want a different billing cycle or currency.
