What this covers
CM Cloud accepts MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money at checkout and for renewals, alongside cards and PayPal. Prices are shown in XAF, so you pay the exact local amount with no currency conversion. When you pay, a prompt is sent to your phone to approve — once you confirm, your service is provisioned automatically.
Before you start
Have your MTN or Orange phone number ready, with enough Mobile Money balance to cover the amount shown, and make sure your phone can receive the approval prompt.
How to do it
- Choose your product, or open the renewal invoice in the portal, and continue to checkout.
- Select Mobile Money as your payment method and pick MTN or Orange.
- Enter the phone number linked to your Mobile Money account and confirm the amount, shown in XAF.
- Approve the payment on your phone — you'll get a USSD prompt or app notification. Enter your Mobile Money PIN to confirm.
- Wait a few seconds. Once the payment is confirmed, your invoice is marked paid and your service is provisioned automatically — you'll see the confirmation in the portal.
