What this covers
There is no approval queue. When your payment clears, the invoice is marked paid and setup starts immediately — the hosting account, mailboxes, database or app are created without anyone reviewing them. Most services are usable in under a minute.
Before you start
Have the domain you want to use ready. If it is registered elsewhere, you will need access to change its DNS.
How to do it
- Pay the invoice. With Mobile Money, setup begins the moment you approve the prompt on your phone.
- The invoice changes to paid, and the service appears under Services in your portal with its setup status.
- Hosting, WordPress and mailboxes are ready in well under a minute.
- A new domain registration takes a little longer, and an SSL certificate is issued once the domain points at us — usually a few minutes.
- If the invoice says paid and nothing appeared after a few minutes, send us the invoice number. Setup stopped somewhere and we can finish it.
