- Open your portal and go to Services.
- Select the WordPress or hosting service you want to upgrade.
- Click the 'Upgrade your WordPress plan' or 'Upgrade your hosting plan' card near the bottom of the service page.
- Or email [email protected] with your service name and the target plan.
- Support will confirm any billing change and apply the package upgrade — no downtime is expected for the package change itself.
