AI Launch

Get enquiries from your AI website

The contact form on your generated website works from the moment you publish it. You do not have to connect anything.

What this means

What this means

Every site AI Launch generates includes a contact form, and where the trade calls for it a booking or enquiry form as well. When a visitor sends one, the message is stored against your site and emailed to the address on your CM Cloud account. You read them in the AI studio under 'Enquiries from your website'.

Before you start

Before you start

Publish your site first — a form only receives messages once the site is live. Check that the email address on your account is one you actually read, because that is where enquiries are sent.

Step-by-step guidance

Step-by-step guidance

  1. Publish your site with Deploy to App, or order Managed WordPress and publish there. The form is connected either way.
  2. Open the AI studio in your portal and scroll to 'Enquiries from your website' to see everything that has come in.
  3. Each enquiry shows the sender's name, email and phone where they provided them, plus the full message.
  4. Reply directly from your own email — click the sender's address in the enquiry to start a reply.
  5. Your form keeps working when you regenerate or republish the site. The address behind it does not change.

What CM Cloud support will review

What CM Cloud support will review

None. Forms are connected automatically at generation time.

What is not automated yet

What is not automated yet

We do not reply to enquiries for you, and we do not forward them anywhere except the email address on your account. There is no autoresponder to the visitor beyond the thank-you page they land on.

Safety note

Safety note

Enquiries are stored so you can read them in the portal. Empty submissions and automated spam are discarded, and there is a limit on how many messages one visitor can send in a day. Reading this article does not change your site or your form.
